Salman Khan has been in legal trouble for two key
cases. One being the 1998 Black Buck killing case which happened during the
shoot of his film ‘Hum Saath
Saath Hai‘ and the other being his 2002 hit and run case in Mumbai.
While both
the cases have been stretched and twisted over the years, it seems at least one
of the cases may now have its final hearing.
The Supreme
Court has decided to give a final verdict on the Black buck case on October
28th. In the same case, the actor was previously sentenced to a five year jail
term on which Salman was granted bail.
The actor
had recently appealed to the court to put a stay on his conviction although the
Supreme court disapproved this maintaining that the law is same for all.
After years
of ongoing trials, the final judgement will now be provided on the case.
