After
having the honour of winning the Academy award twice, Indian composer A R
Rahman has once again been nominated in the Oscar list for not one but three of
his works. The composer has been nominated for “Million Dollar Arm”, “The
Hundred-Foot Journey” and Indian film Kochadaiiyaan.
The Indian
composer has a chance among 114 scores in contention for a nomination in the
Original Score category. Last year, Rahman had two nominations for Danny
Boyle’s 127 hours’ original score and also for original song category from the
same film.
The final
list of the nominations will be revealed on 15th January, 2015. We hope the
composer makes India proud once again with these scores!
