Kick at the draw of its second weekend at
the overseas box office continued to hold on strongly. The film that released
on the eve of Eid globally has garnered brilliant response from all and sundry.
The film began on a terrific note and retained the tempo at the overseas box
office as well. The film that release in 125 screens in United States Of
America now stands at a cumulative of 9.50 crores from the region. Including its Canada
figures, the film has so far raked up 12.40 crores from U.S.A-Canada circuit.
From its
U.A.E and adjoining G.C.C circuits where the film appeared at a festive time
received a great response. From Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi and other important
cities the numbers remained consistent. The film has earned 19.50
crores along from
the region.
In Pakistan,
where the film catered to the ongoing Eid festivities, the film at the
conclusion of its second weekend rested at 7.40 crores.
From U.K and Ireland, the film has earned 10.80
crores which is
marvelous given that Bollywood films usually don’t score above lacs in the circuit. Also, interestingly U.K and Ireland remain Shah Rukh Khan’s stronghold region and for a
Salman Khan film to fare this well is a commendable thing by itself.
In Australia
and New Zealand belt too, the film put up a memorable show at the box office.
At the end of the film’s second weekend, the numbers from the circuit rested at 3.35
crores in total.
From
Malaysia, the film rested at 19 crores nett at the end of its second weekend
whereas the figures from Singapore are still being compiled. The film’s
overseas business is better than that was expected for a Salman Khan fare but
the Eid fervor helped the film’s box office business in both domestic and
overseas circuits!
