Alludu Seenu A Box-Office Wonder

The critics may have panned the film, but Alludu Seenu has struck gold at the box-office. This quintessential commercial outing has given newcomer Srinivas the best debut he or his father could have ever asked for. 

The film has minted over INR 10 crore in the opening weekend and that's great numbers for a debutant's film. Perfect combination of action, romance and comedy has worked in the favour of the film.  

The film was made on a budget of 19 crores as it was lavishly shot abroad. With over 10 crores collections in the opening week, the film has broken even and is now heading towards generating more revenue. 

According to sources, the film's satellite rights fetched a whopping 3 crores. According to trade pundits, the film has turned out to be a sleeper hit.  

But the million dollar question is whether Srinivas can sustain in the industry for a longer period of time or disappear after a handful of films.
