Will Sanjay Dutt Play The Main Villain In Salman Khan’s ‘Shuddhi’?

 After months of speculations on the casting of Karan Malhotra’s much-talked about project ‘Shuddhi‘, Karan Johar had put the rumors to rest announcing that Salman Khan will be playing the lead. The was in news earlier when Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor walked out of it.

 While it has been reported that the film is all set to go on the floors this August, we hear the film’s prime antagonist has also been finalized. Apparently, it is none other than Sanjay Duttwho gave us the creeps as ‘Kancha Cheena’ in Karan Malhotra’s Agneepath who will be essaying the role of the main villain in Shuddhi too.

 The actor who is currently serving his jail sentence is expected to be released from the jail by August and so Shuddhi may be the first film that the actor takes up. Grapevine has it that the last time Dutt was out, he discussed the script with Malhotra and has given a nod for the role.

 It will be interesting to see Salman and Sanjay revive their chemistry on-screen but this time as foes.
