As the theatrical rights of
'Pataas' on a whole garnered nearly 9 crores through all means, including the
share owned by Dil Raju and those areas sold to others, one wonders what is the
potential of Kalyan Ram at box office. As the movie released without any
expectations, surely collections on the First Day are not so high, but quite
good for Kalyan Ram.
On a whole Pataas has collected nearly 1.7 crores on its First Day in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It would be less than 1 crore in all other areas in rest of India and overseas territories. Box office figures are expected to pick up from day two due to the unanimous positive talk and the long weekend as Republic Day on Monday being a holiday is going to be huge fetching scenario.
