Action Jackson: 1st Week Box Office Collections

 Action Jackson continued to remain low over the first Thursday. The film collected 3 crores on Thursday. The performance has been highly disappointing till now. Post its first week, the film now stands with a total collection of 45.75 crores at the domestic box office. Action Jackson could not even reach the 50 crore mark in its first week which quite unlikely for an Ajay Devgn or a Prabhudheva film.

 Certain films work on pure content and due to lack of a good story and music Action Jackson was trashed by the critics and the audiences too had an overall negative word of mouth.

 Previously, Ajay Devgn’s Singham Returns made 32 crores on its opening day itself and his Action Jackson is currently dragging itself towards 50 crore in the first week, this itself shows how poor the film has performed. The film may add more moolah over the second week but after the release of PK in the next week, it is expected to fold in major centers.
